James Colley

James joined Consilium in 2005 as a Trainee Recruiter after spending a year working in a high profile electronics manufacturing business. He's masters-degree qualified from ‘1994 Group’ University, UEA and possesses high level professional qualifications within the recruitment industry. As Account Director for the Stratford-Upon-Avon office, he manages several high profile manufacturing accounts at group level. He's also responsible for supporting the business with its coaching and mentoring programme.
