Manufacturing business based in Herefordshire is seeking a Senior HR Advisor to join the company offering generalist HR expertise within a non-unionised operation. This is a newly created and permanent role to support the business‘ development path and reports into the Leadership Team.

Salary: £ 35,000 - £ 40,000 p.a. + Pension + Excellent Progression
The Senior HR Advisor will support the busy operations within a growing manufacturing business on a generalist basis including recruitment and selection, talent mapping and development, company and statutory compliances, data protection and supporting employee relations. The Senior HR Advisor will work in close partnership with the senior leadership team and drive best practice across all areas of the business.
The Senior HR Advisor will work across two sites based locally to each other and ensure effective communication and alignment of the company mission and goals in addition to delivery HR, Health and Safety and induction training for new starters.

The successful applicant for the position of Senior HR Advisor will possess a recognised industry qualification such as CIPD Level 5 or equivalent and preferably a degree or similar qualification. You will be experienced within a manufacturing environment and able to work in fast-paced, multi-site environment.
The business is seeking to develop and nurture successful employee engagement strategies as part of their growth and this role is a genuine opportunity to implement an engagement programme.
The Senior HR Advisor role is a site-based position at the heart of the business and comes with Monday to Friday office hours, with an earlier finish on Friday afternoons.
You will be hungry to progress to a HR Managers position very quickly and keen to undertake further training and learning, supported by the business, to progress your career.
