Adrian Elwell

Adrian is a founder member and joint owner of Consilium Group, which was set up in 2001. He leads the recruitment teams for our partners such as the Manufacturing Technology Centre, the Aerospace division whilst also sharing responsibility for overall management of the business. An MBA graduate and chartered manager, Adrian's career started with an engineering apprenticeship in an Automotive T1 through an OEM specialising in advanced production and manufacturing engineering.
